Spiced, creamy, garlic peanut fruit dryer The double-layered drying pool is divided into upper and lower layers, and two layers of peanuts are dried at the same time. Humidity is discharged from the upper layer in large quantities and the seeds are dried to a half dry state. After the pneumatic valve is opened and closed, the horn box is opened, and the seeds are dropped on the lower layer for baking at high temperature. After baking, the seeds are put into the hopper through the pneumatic valve, and then transported to the next process via the conveyor belt. At the same time, adding the seeds to the upper layer is equivalent to covering the breathable woven fabric during the traditional baking, which effectively avoids the loss of the spice taste during high-temperature baking and improves the spice utilization efficiency. Double-layer design baking improves both baking speed and energy savings. This machine uses electric heating or steam as a heat source, and can also be equipped with a hot stove.
